Terms of sale

Article 1: Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern sales made on monlaine.com by Tuul BOLD-HUSSON (MONLAINE). Any order implies unreserved acceptance. They apply to consumers within the meaning of the French Consumer Code.

Article 2: Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Images are indicative. Offer subject to available stock.

Article 3: Prices

Prices in euros, excluding shipping. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (exemption scheme): net prices, without VAT. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.

Article 4: Orders

The sale is final after the order is confirmed and payment collected. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.

Article 5: Payment

Online payment by bank card, PayPal, Klarna and Shop Pay. Secure transactions.

Article 6: Delivery

Terms, times and costs detailed in the Shipping policy. Costs calculated automatically and shown before confirmation.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without reason or penalty. Notification to contact@monlaine.com or via the model form below. Return costs are at the customer's expense. Refund within 14 days by the same payment method. Products returned new, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging.

Article 8: Legal guarantees

Legal guarantee of conformity (art. L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery; repair or replacement). Guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code; rescission of the sale or price reduction).

Article 9: Liability

MONLAINE is not liable in the event of force majeure, postal or transport strikes, or an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.

Article 10: Personal data

Processing described in the Privacy policy.

Article 11: Consumer mediation

In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably (after a prior written complaint), the consumer may use the mediator free of charge: CM2C, Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. Article 12: Governing law

French law. French courts have jurisdiction failing an amicable settlement.
