Return period

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return an item.

Conditions

Items must be returned new, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, items in an unsaleable condition cannot be refunded.

Return costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Refund

The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving your request (or the returned items), using the same payment method as the original order.
