Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give any reason.
How to proceed
- Let us know at contact@monlaine.com with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form (annexed to the Terms and Conditions of Sale).
- Send the item(s) back no later than 14 days after notifying us, to the following address: MONLAINE, Tuul BOLD-HUSSON, 83 chemin des Processions, 34730 Saint-Vincent-de-Barbeyrargues, France.
Condition of items
You may handle the item as you would in a shop to check its size and material. If the item has been worn, washed or damaged beyond this trial, an amount corresponding to its loss in value may be deducted from the refund (article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code).
Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by you.
Refund
We refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (based on the standard delivery method), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may wait until we have received the items, or proof that they have been sent, before refunding. The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order.
Defective or non-conforming item
This falls under the legal guarantee of conformity, not under withdrawal: return costs are then borne by us. Write to us at contact@monlaine.com with a photo.
