Zones and rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown before you confirm your order.
- Mainland France, pickup-point delivery: €4.90, free from €40. You choose your pickup point right after payment; otherwise, the pickup point nearest your address is used. Delivery in 2 to 4 business days.
- Mainland France, home delivery: €8.80. Delivery in 2 to 4 business days.
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, pickup-point delivery: €5.90, free from €50. Delivery in 4 to 8 business days.
- Spain, Portugal, Italy, pickup-point delivery: €7.90, free from €60. Delivery in 4 to 8 business days.
- Poland, pickup-point delivery: €8.90, free from €60. Delivery in 4 to 8 business days.
- Germany, home delivery: €13.90. Delivery in 4 to 8 business days.
- For pickup-point deliveries, you choose your point right after payment; otherwise, the pickup point nearest your address is used.
- International (outside the EU): €29.00. Delivery in 6 to 14 business days, excluding customs delays.
Preparation
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays). The delivery times above start from shipment.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link is sent as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Delay, lost or damaged parcel
Write to us at contact@monlaine.com with your order number. We handle the claim with the carrier and offer a reshipment or a refund.
MONLAINE is responsible for the proper performance of delivery, including when it is entrusted to a carrier (article L.221-15 of the French Consumer Code). If the order is not delivered within the stated time, you may, after asking us in writing to deliver within a reasonable additional period without result, cancel the sale (article L.216-6 of the French Consumer Code). You are then refunded all sums paid.
